Having Trouble with the Portal?


Unable to gain access to the portal? Not an NHA Member and wondering how to join? Or maybe your company is an NHA member, but you're not sure how to get a log-in. Well, we're here to help! Below you will find an FAQ section to assist you. 

I'm not an NHA Member. Can I access the portal? 
If you're not an NHA member you can access the portal. However, you will not have access to member content. You will be able to register for NHA events or sign up for the Powerhouse. If you are considering membership, please explore the membership section or contact Marla Barnes at marla@hydro.org.

I'm a member, but my password doesn't work. 
As shown in the image below, you can easily reset your password. Just press the login button and will take you to the member login page. Just click "Forgot your password".to reset it. If this doesn't work, email Catherine Ryan at catherine@hydro.org for assistance. 

My company is a member of NHA, but I don't have a login for the portal.  
Each NHA member company has a "primary member" from their individual company. Please contact that person to request access to the portal. If your primary member has difficulty providing you with a login, email NHA's Marla Barnes at marla@hydro.org for assistance.
